maintenance policy

1- Duration of repair:

The initial repair period ranges from 7-14 working days from the date of receiving the product, depending on the conditions and condition of the product in maintenance.

Note (the maintenance period does not include the charging period).

2- In the event that it is not possible to complete the maintenance within a maximum period of 14 working days due to the unavailability of repair parts for the product, the customer will be notified of this according to the appropriate means of communication, either by SMS or WhatsApp message, and the matter may be reinforced by a phone call by the maintenance officer, and the matter will be confirmed The customer has the choice of either waiting for the process of ordering parts and providing them from the factory and repairing the screen (the waiting period will be determined according to the case) or returning the product to the customer from maintenance in its condition before maintenance.

3- There is no warranty on the repair of parts of products classified as not including the warranty, or the condition of the entire product classified as out of warranty, and its maintenance is for a fee.

4- The customer will be notified in the event of an emergency and unusual circumstance that led to an apology for not being able to receive the product and entering it for maintenance, or for delaying its delivery at the specified time, with prior notification of that in a timely manner. Example (if the headquarters is under maintenance).

5- Some screens may be transferred to the factory for maintenance in special cases, and this is determined by a period of time to be agreed upon with the customer.
